Old McDonald's
A conceptual toy for food literacy.
The Concept
Old McDonald’s is a conceptual toy that teaches users the relationship of meat to animals. The toy spells “LIVESTOCK” and consists of fabric letters reminiscent of animals, with meaty insides accessible by unzipping each pouch.
The Brief
This undergraduate assignment was for a word to be translated into a 3-dimensional form. The main requirement was that the 3-D word express the meaning(s) of the original word clearly.
